Description:

A rare opportunity to own this wonderful vessel.
"Poppy" is ready to take you where ever your sailing schedule desires.

The Gib'Sea is a very well designed and balanced yacht built by Gibert Marine in France. It is a Joubert & Nivelt design that performs well at all speeds and therefore suitable for all types of sailing including racing, short and long distance cruising or for a gentle relaxing cruise.

"Poppy" presents very well, having been professionally maintained. She has excellent structural condition with only normal wear and tear. Her recent survey notes that her hull and equipment are in exceptional condition. She comes with many extras including tools, sail repair kits, navigational slides and numerous charts.
The well maintained timber-lined interior is comfortable with plenty of room for family and friends or crew. The saloon consists of two sofas (with a main table and a small drink's table) which can both be turned into single bunks; both come with Lee cloths. There is also a seperate chart table station as well as a main V-berth double cabin, two quarterberth cabins (doubles), a very neat well manitained galley and 2 heads.

The Gib'Sea has been a very popular long distance racer and cruiser and "Poppy" is no exception, having been cruised from Sydney to the Gold Coast to Adelaide and back up to Magnetic Island over the years. She has also been raced around Sydney harbour and up to the Gold Coast and Coffs Harbour. She has been competing in the Magnetic Island Races for the past few years.

This is the ideal boat if you are looking to upgrade and interested in further cruising or racing.
